    Bianca has delivered shared value from Reconciliation Action Plans, Indigenous Land Use Agreements (ILUA), and community engagement strategies driven by opportunities from connecting company and community aspirations. She forms and maintains great relationships with people to help shape trust.

    Bianca is a proud Torres Strait Islander woman. In 2011, Bianca participated in Robert De Castella’s Indigenous Marathon Project, where she was part of the first cohort of female Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to run the world’s biggest marathon, the New York City marathon. She is still heavily involved in the Indigenous Marathon Foundation, including being a Board Director. Bianca is also an external advisor for the Economic Development Queensland Board, ARENA and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

    A fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia, Paul is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Certificate in Design Led Innovation from Stanford University. Paul is also on the Advisory Boards for The University of Queensland’s Master of Sustainable Energy
    Program and the Curtin University institute for Energy Transition.

    Prior to establishing Edify in 2015, John was co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of London based Low Carbon. Edify has originated, financed and delivered 1 GW of utility scale solar PV and battery storage projects, with a strong pipeline of projects to follow.

    Edify Green Hydrogen (EGH2) is a consented, late stage, investment ready up to 5multi GW green hydrogen production facility to be built out in stages to meet the needs of domestic and export markets, together with a behind-the-meter solar photovoltaic and battery storage facility.

    The initial stage is a 17.5 MW facility, in respect of which, the outstanding attributes of the project have been independently verified, Edify has uniquely secured Australian and German government funding:
    • $48.2m from the Department of Industry, Science, Environment and Resources, , leading the development of Townsville’s Hydrogen Hub.
    • with Siemens Energy under the German-Australian Hydrogen Innovation and Technology Incubator (HyGATE) initiative, $ $20.74m from the Australian Renewable Energy Agency and €16.4m from the Projektträger Jülich.

    John holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from James Cook University and a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management.

    Prior to joining the Australian Hydrogen Council, Fiona worked for close to 20 years in energy policy and regulation, specialising in energy retail competition and consumer protection matters.

    Fiona holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Melbourne. She has published a well-regarded academic book on retail energy regulation in Australia.

    Lance is a Senior Project Manager overseeing Ark Energy’s SunHQ Hydrogen Hub, a renewable hydrogen production and refuelling station within the Sun Metals precinct near Townsville. With more than two decades of experience in minerals processing and the energy sector, Lance has played a pivotal role in Sun Metals Corporation’s decarbonisation journey. Previous roles include Project Manager for the Sun Metals Solar Farm, one of the largest integrated industrial use solar farms in Australia, which he managed from concept through to commissioning. In 2022, Lance moved from Sun Metals to sister company, Ark Energy, and has managed the delivery of its first major hydrogen project, SunHQ. Construction of SunHQ was completed in January 2025 and commissioning is currently underway.

    In 2021, Scott founded his own engineering consulting firm, specialising in project management and contract administration. Currently, he is contracted to Townsville City Council, serving as the Program Manager for the Lansdown Eco-Industrial Precinct.

    Scott's leadership on the Lansdown Eco-Industrial Precinct involves close collaboration with key State and Commonwealth government stakeholders. He is dedicated to developing a precinct that promotes investment and economic opportunities in renewable energy, critical minerals processing, and environmental sustainability.
